So we have given you a week’s worth of crock pot meals, but what is missing?? That’s right! A CROCKPOT DESSERT! This Hot Fudge Brownie Cake is a gooey chocolatey addition to any meal. It is easy to assemble, takes about 2 1/2 hours to complete, and is perfect served with vanilla ice cream.
Ingredients
For Bottom Layer
2 cups BROWNIE MIX
1 EGG
1 tablespoon VEGETABLE OIL
1/4 cup WATER
1/3 cup MILK CHOCOLATE CHIPS
For Topping
1/2 cup BROWN SUGAR
2 tablespoons baking cocoa
3/4 cup BOILING WATER
Directions
Combine all bottom layer ingredients. Pour batter in the bottom of a greased crockpot. Mix together topping ingredients, completely dissolving sugar and cocoa in boiling water. Pour over batter. Cover and cook on high for 2 hours. Turn off slow cooker and allow it to sit for 30 minutes. Spoon into bowls with vanilla ice cream. ENJOY!

I have a crockpot Pumpkin Pie Pudding that is to die for!!! It is great for Thanksgiving when the oven is used for other things!! I am sure anyone could just google a recipe for it!!
