One thing (maybe the only thing) I love about watching a game is hanging out with good friends and eating great food. I happen to LOVE tortilla chips and most anything you can eat them with…such as TACO DIP, SPINACH ARTICHOKE DIP, BLACK BEAN AND CORN SALSA, GARDEN FRESH SALSA, HEALTHY BEAN DIP or GUACAMOLE. Hmmm, it’s not going to be an easy choice.

It never hurts to have just one more great dip to add to your spread. A few weeks ago, my friend Annette made this dip…it was really tasty and I couldn’t get over how simple it was. Now the only problem you’ll have is deciding what to eat first!
Zesty Hot Sausage Dip
1 lb. roll ZESTY HOT SAUSAGE (Bob Evan’s is a common brand)
2 (8 oz. each) blocks CREAM CHEESE
1 can (10 oz.) Rotel Tomatoes, undrained
Cube the cream cheese and place in small crockpot. Add tomatoes. Turn on crockpot. Using a skillet, brown sausage. Drain fat. Add sausage to cream cheese and tomatoes. Heat until smooth, stirring often. Serve with tortilla chips.
This is very easy to double depending on the size of your crowd.
