This has to be one of my family’s favorite dishes. This recipe was given to me at my bridal shower by my mother-in-law and she included a lasagna pan and the ingredients to make it for the first time. I thought that was such a clever idea. We have also used the sauce portion on spaghetti, it is that delicious. The sauce can be made and frozen for later use. This is also a great recipe to divide in two and bless someone with that has just had a baby or lost a loved one. Very comforting! Another favorite thing about this recipe (you can tell, I love it!) is the fact that you do not have to pre-cook the noodles. This saves time and hassle. Enjoy one of my favorite dishes!
