Today’s Step: It’s Tupperware Tuesday- time to get your food storage containers in order!
When I think of something sweet and delicious for breakfast, one of the things that comes to mind is Monkey Bread! These Monkey Bread Muffins are so simple and my favorite thing is there are minimal ingredients (like most of my recipes!) Also, I think they cook better than making a big pan of Monkey Bread. Hope you agree!
1 (16 ounce) package jumbo flaky biscuit dough
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 (3 1/2 ounce) package instant butterscotch pudding mix
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup butter, melted
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease muffin pan.
Take your biscuit dough and separate into 8 biscuits. Cut each one in quarters.
In a bowl, combine brown sugar, pudding mix, sugar and cinnamon. Mix well.
Coat each piece in the melted butter and then roll in the brown sugar mixture.
Divide pieces evenly among 12 greased muffin cups. Pour remaining brown sugar mixture over each filled muffin cup.
Bake 15-18 minutes.
Carefully remove each muffin from pan with a spoon.
Serve hot. You won’t regret making these! Promise!
