We have made turkey burgers in the past and really enjoyed them, so knowing that we had ground turkey on hand I decided to make them for dinner. This time I really wanted to mix things up and make more than just a burger. So going towards some of my favorite flavors, we experimented with a Greek Turkey Burger.
Of course because we have a non-olive lover in our house I actually made two versions. For mine I added chopped kalamata olives that was the perfect touch. I served them topped with feta cheese and kalamata olives (on mine). They would also be really good topped with a dollop of hummus and fresh spinach.
