If you like pink lemonade, you will love these Mini Lemonade Cupcakes. So sweet and so delicious! They are the perfect size snack for a party or baby shower or for kids. Hope you enjoy these!
Mini Lemonade Cupcakes
Cake
White Cake Mix
1 1/4 cups water
2/3 cup vegetable oil
2 Tablespoons pink lemonade mix
A few drops of red food coloring
Frosting
1 lb. powdered sugar
1/2 stick butter
3 Tablespoons pink lemonade mix
pink sprinkles (optional)
Make cupcakes as directed on package adding in the food coloring and lemonade mix.
Allow to cool completely. Frost and add sprinkles if desired.
(We found they were better when chilled.)
