This time of year many people make a resolution to eat better. One way to improve your diet is to incorporate healthy snacks in between meals. They will fill you up and keep you full until the next meal. I have put together a list of healthy snacks from the blog that would be great to add to your daily meals! My weekly meals go the best when I make a big batch of something and divide it into containers ahead of time. Then when I am busy throughout the day I can just grab a healthy snack and it is ready to go. This goes the same for meals. If there are leftovers from dinner pack them in portions after dinner and they will be ready for lunch the next day. Make a big batch of oatmeal at the beginning of the week to have for a quick breakfast. We would love to hear your tips for eating healthy snacks throughout the day!

These are great snacks! And a few I make myself! A few of my favorites (pretty healthy) snacks are apple with PB, green smoothie (Hairy Green Supreme..on my blog) and almonds and cranberries.
