Sliced turkey and cheese are stand-bys in our fridge and apart of our regular lunch rotation. This easy Garlic-Artichoke Turkey Sandwich is a fresh and flavorful way to enjoy lunch or a light supper. I used Mezzetta® Savory Garlic Everything Spread {a garlic lover’s dream!} and stirred in chopped Marinated Artichoke Hearts – this spread was the start to the perfect sandwich. Top layers of asiago cheese and turkey with lettuce, tomato and Mezzetta® Deli-Sliced Hot Cherry Peppers for a kickin’ finish.

- 1 CIABATTA ROLL (or FOCCACIA BREAD)
- 4 MEZETTA MARINATED ARTICHOKE QUARTERS, coarsely chopped
- 1 Tablespoon MEZETTA SAVORY GARLIC EVERYTHING SPREAD
- 1 sandwich slice ASIAGO CHEESE
- 4 slices SMOKED DELI TURKEY
- SLICED TOMATO
- 1 LEAF ROMAINE LETTUCE
- MEZETTA DELI SLICED HOT CHERRY PEPPERS (optional)
- Cut roll in half. Toast if desired.
- In a small bowl, combine artichokes and garlic everything spread. Spread this mixture onto bottom half of roll. Top with cheese, turkey, lettuce, tomato and hot cherry peppers.
- Serve with chips and a pickle spear.
