If you’ve been around the blogging or pinterest world, chances are you have heard of cookie dough dip. All the flavors of cookie dough but without the eggs and a little softer “dip” consistancy. There’s monster cookie dough dip and the classic chocolate chip cookie dough dip and many more. But as with most other things, someone came up with a pumpkin version, for all the pumpkin everything lovers out there. It is perfect for a fall party and when served with graham crackers gives the perfect nod to pumpkin pie.
Pumpkin Cookie Dough Dip
Ingredients
- ½ cup BUTTER, room temperature
- ¾ cup BROWN SUGAR, packed
- 1 teaspoon CINNAMON
- ½ teaspoon NUTMEG
- ⅛ teaspoon CLOVES
- 2 teaspoons VANILLA
- 1 cup PUMPKIN PUREE
- 2 cups FLOUR
- ¾ cup MINI CHOCOLATE CHIPS
Instructions
- Cream together the butter and the brown sugar until light and fluffy, about two minutes. Then add in the cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and vanilla one at a time, and continue mixing until combined. Add in the pumpkin until fully combined. Slowly add in the flour a little by little with the mixer going. Stir in the chocolate chips. ENJOY!
