This super simple 5 Ingredient Chili recipe is perfect for busy weeknights or make it ahead for game day!
There are so many options for chili making and enjoying…
First question…to corn chip or not to corn chip? We’re always on team corn chip.
Second question…tomatoes or no tomatoes? I am the one to go all out – Pumpkin Chili is my all time fave, but my kids are crazy about the chili I’m sharing today and there’s no chunks of tomatoes here.
Third question…what are your favorite chili toppings? We usually stick with the before mentioned corn chips, shredded cheese and the occasional dollop of sour cream. We’re pretty basic.
We all have people in our extended family that may have way different food preferences than us. My husband’s step brother brought this version of chili to a family get together once and my kids loved it. It turns out it’s the most basic of all chili recipes, but on 2 different occasions my kids made it for a chili cook off at our church and it placed 2nd both times…apparently it’s a winner 😉
Serve this with all of your favorite chili toppings for a quick weeknight dinner or keep it hot in a crock pot and add it to your game day spread.
