If you’ve ever needed a 2 ingredient appetizer that is hot and ready in 20 minutes, Goat Cheese Marinara Dip is for you and, also for me…because it’s so good I can’t.stop.eating.it!!!
I know that this appetizer is nothing new, but it’s new to me. We were out to eat last Saturday evening and there was a Goat Cheese Fondue on the appetizer menu. I have serious heart eyes for anything goat cheese related, so we ordered it and fell in love! I seriously had to ask the server to box up the rest because I knew if it stayed on the table I wouldn’t have any room for my entree 😉
Anyhow, I had to make it and share it with you because it’s one of those things that’s stupid simple and is a mind blowing combination. Your favorite marinara sauce (pizza sauce would also work) + goat cheese, heat in the oven and serve with lightly toasted baguette slices. Boom! A delicious start for so many meals…Ravioli Lasagna with Antipasto Chopped Salad and Easy Garlic Focaccia perhaps?
