You’ll love this easy, 5 ingredient Taco Ranch Chicken Chili! Make it all day in the slow cooker or take a shortcut and have dinner ready in less than 30 minutes!
The slow cooker… perfect for the person who leaves the house all day and loves to return to a dinner ready to serve. However, I find it equally helpful as a stay-at-home mom. I can put the dinner in mid-morning or even right after making lunch to avoid the dinnertime rush and stress. It really does make life easier. And if you don’t have a slow cooker or would prefer to cook it on the stove top, it is a cinch to pull together in 30 minutes. Use some fully cooked shredded chicken you have stashed in the freezer or grab a rotisserie chicken from the store on the way home from work and let it simmer!
No matter which method you choose, do you know what makes it even easier?? That the recipe only has 5 ingredients. They are fairly easy ingredients to have on hand and make a delicious chili everyone is sure to love! This recipe is full of your favorite taco flavor with an addition of another family favorite — ranch. Perfect for these days where the weather can’t decide if it’s stuck on winter or headed towards spring.
