Life lately has been a whirlwind of activities, which is common for the month of May. As we head into summer, I wanted to share some of my favorite recipes for feeding a crowd. We had a blast hosting some friends last weekend and we’ll have other family and friends come throughout the summer. The question always becomes…what do we eat? Here are some meal ideas for feeding a crowd…
Pulled Pork {made in the slow cooker while you’re enjoying your company}
serve with Family Favorite Cole Slaw, fresh fruit and chips
Ravioli Lasagna, Easy Garlic Focaccia, Goat Cheese Marinara Dip and Antipasto Chopped Salad
Tacos – usually for a crowd I will do at least 2 of these – ground beef, fish or pork carnitas
serve with Restaurant Style Salsa and homemade guacamole
Throw something on the grill – not only is it easy, the cleanup is usually minimal too. You could do burgers, guacamole topped hot dogs or jalapeno popper brats, serve with dill pickle dip, potato salad, baked beans and fresh fruit.
Honey Garlic Chicken Sliders with Asian Slaw, serve with fresh veggies and chips
A Baked Potato Bar is always a crowd pleaser and a great way to use up leftover pulled pork or taco meat. Lay out your favorite toppings and everyone’s happy.
For overnight guests, there is always the question of breakfast…
Cinnamon Crunch Buttermilk French Toast
Double Chocolate Banana Muffins or check out the rest of our muffin category here. Make muffins ahead of time and freeze until needed.
The Best Buttermilk Banana Bread
Granola {serve with fruit and milk or yogurt}

This is great. Loved your tips. I will do this for my next family and friends hangout.

This is brilliant! I would love to prepare ravioli lasagna and pulled pork. They are two of my favorites. Jalapeno popper brats would also be a great addition. Thank you for sharing these.
