This time of year it seems like there is always a party to go to, a football game to watch, or some event that requires bringing a dish to share. When I saw this Creamy Crab and Red Pepper Dip in an old issue of Kraft Food and Family magazine, I knew that it would be perfect for any of those occasions. I made it for a birthday party we attended and served it with Ritz Crackers. It was creamy and wonderful and not your typical party dip. I will definitely be making it again!
Ingredients
2 GREEN ONIONS, thinly sliced
8 oz CREAM CHEESE, room temperature
1 can (6 oz) LUMP CRAB, drained
1/2 cup SHARP CHEDDAR CHEESE, shredded
1/2 cup RED PEPPERS, finely chopped
1 Tablespoon DIJON MUSTARD
Ritz Crackers
Directions
Reserve 2 Tablespoons onions. Mix remaining ingredients except crackers. Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Sprinkle with reserved onions. Serve with crackers. ENJOY!
