All you need is:
3 ounces cream cheese, softened for 10 seconds in the microwave
3 tablespoons strawberry jam (or your favorite flavor will do)
A few graham crackers, broken into squares or rectangles
Mix the softened cream cheese with the jam and spread on the graham crackers. You can enjoy these right away or you can put in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. (Putting in the refrigerator with softened the graham cracker making it more like a cheesecake crust and the topping will firm up!)
The kids will also love to help break the graham crackers or stir the cream cheese and jam!
Another way we love to eat our graham crackers is covered in peanut butter! Delicious!

What a lovely & simple idea! I love it and know my grandkids would love it too. I write a monthly food column and think I may share this simple idea in my next column about after school snacking. Thanks for sharing!
