What’s your favorite thing to do with Thanksgiving leftovers? Add this recipe for Hot Turkey Salad to your list – so easy and ready in minutes!
A couple of years ago I spied the recipe for this Hot Turkey Salad and knew it had to be made at my in-laws house that very next week. Well, we all enjoyed it so much that we made it again the next year too. That pretty much guaranteed that it needed to be shared here on Crumbs and Chaos. Any recipe that makes leftovers a little more exciting and is also super easy is a keeper in my book.
This combination of chopped turkey, creamy mayo, crunchy celery, gooey cheese and sweet cranberries is topped with something crunchy and baked for only 10 minutes. Talk about quick…just hand me a fork, I’m ready. Serve with leftover rolls or in the middle of leftover rolls if you’d like!
The easy Hot Turkey Salad is a simple way to reinvent those holiday leftovers.
