Fruity and refreshing – Pineapple Punch is simple to make and a total crowd pleaser!

I commented on the fact that is adorable – she said ‘I’m glad you like it, it’s your birthday present.’ My birthday isn’t until September, but she saw it and wanted to get it for me so that I could use it all summer long. Such sweet friends I have 😉
So my sweet, new drink dispenser was the inspiration for this post…you can never have too many punch recipes for a summer full of gatherings, picnics and such. This recipe is simple and comes together quickly. You’ll be sipping its fruity sweetness in no time whether you have a drink dispenser or not!

- 3 cups PINEAPPLE JUICE
- 3 Tablespoons CREAM OF COCONUT*
- 1½ cups ORANGE SORBET*
- 1 liter LIME SPARKLING WATER*
- LIME WEDGES
- In a pitcher, stir together pineapple juice, cream of coconut and sorbet. Add sparkling water. Serve over ice with lime wedges.
*If you can't find orange sorbet, you could also use orange or pineapple sherbet. The punch would be a little bit creamier.
*Unsweetened lime sparkling water is preferred for this recipe.
