Like I’ve mentioned before I love reading Everyday Food Magazine. I found this recipe for a pasta with tuna and green beans in the June 2010. It is a much healthier option than most pasta dishes and was very easy to prepare.
It has a wonderful flavor and because there isn’t a traditional pasta sauce it makes a lighter meal that is perfect for lunch or dinner. They do recommend adding capers or olives to the dish to give it a more briny flavor. I didn’t do that this time because I didn’t have them on hand, but it sounds like it would be really good, so I will probably try it next time.
It was originally written as a meal for one. I adjusted it to feed our whole family but I am going to give you the recipe as written so that you can adjust according to your needs.
