My mom loves to make these grinder sanwiches…and we all love to eat them! Super simple and very yummy.
What you’ll need:
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. italian sausage
14 oz. pizza sauce
hoagie buns
mozzarella cheese
banana peppers
Directions:
Cook ground beef and sausage. Drain. Then blend. Add pizza sauce. Turn on the broiler. (We like to toast the buns a little bit first.) Then add meat and cheese to the bun and broil until the cheese is melted. Last, top with banana peppers and you’re ready to eat. ENJOY!
