1½ cups FRESH TOMATOES, cut into bite sized pieces
4 slices CRISP COOKED BACON, coarsely chopped
½ cup MOZZARELLA PEARLS or CUBED MOZZARELLA CHEESE
4 teaspoon EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
½ cup FRESH BASIL LEAVES, chopped
½ teaspoon CRUSHED GARLIC
SALT & PEPPER
Instructions
Place tomatoes, bacon and cheese in a bowl. Add olive oil, basil and crushed garlic. Gently stir together and season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
