2 Tablespoons INTERNATIONAL DELIGHT PUMPKIN PIE SPICE CREAMER
¼ cup POWDERED SUGAR
Frosting:
1 Tablespoon INTERNATIONAL DELIGHT PUMPKIN SPICE CREAMER
1 Tablespoon BUTTER, room temperature
½ cup POWDERED SUGAR
PUMPKIN PIE SPICE for garnish
Instructions
Make the Donuts:
Heat vegetable oil in a deep pot.
Fry dough until golden, about 30-60 seconds on each side. Remove to a paper towel lined baking sheet to cool. Repeat with remaining dough.
Once cool, use the end of a straw to poke a hole in the side of each donut. Fill with filling mixture.
Frost and garnish with a sprinkling of pumpkin pie spice. Serve immediately.
Make the Filling:
Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add creamer and keep beating until the mixture is smooth again. Beat in powdered sugar until smooth. Put this mixture in a piping bag or baggie with the corner cut off to fill donuts.
Make the Frosting:
Whisk together powdered sugar, butter and creamer.
