Add ketchup, mustard, seasoned salt, pepper and garlic. Stir to combine and set aside.
Divide pizza dough into 4 pieces. Roll out one piece into a oval/rectangle. Place on baking sheet. Repeat with remaining dough. Drizzle dough with about a teaspoon of olive oil and brush to the edges. Bake for 5-7 minutes. Remove from oven.
Divide meat mixture and distribute evenly over each flatbread. Top with chopped bacon and cheddar cheese. Return to the oven for 4-5 minutes until cheese is melted.
Cut into pieces. Top with chopped pickles and drizzle with sauce.
To make sauce:
Combine mayo, sour cream and hot sauce.
