Blue Cheese Mashed Potatoes
 
 
Ingredients
  • 2 lbs. YUKON GOLD POTATOES
  • 1 teaspoon KOSHER SALT
  • 2 Tablespoons BUTTER
  • 2 Tablespoons HALF & HALF or MILK
  • 2 oz. CRUMBLED BLUE CHEESE
  • SALT & PEPPER
Instructions
  1. Peel and dice potatoes. Put in a medium saucepan and cover with water. Add 1 teaspoon kosher salt and bring to a boil.
  2. Boil for 10-13 minutes or until potatoes are fork tender. Drain and return to the pan. Add butter and half & half. Mash with a potato masher until desired consistency is reached. Stir in blue cheese and season to taste with salt and pepper.
  3. Serve with steak and mushrooms cooked with ImagineĀ® Organic Culinary Simmer Sauce.
