Chorizo Potato Tacos
- 12 oz. pkg. CHORIZO SAUSAGE
- ½ bag ALEXIA SMART CLASSICS TRI-CUT POTATOES
- 8 TORTILLAS
- 1 AVOCADO, diced
- FETA CHEESE
- CHOPPED CILANTRO
- Cook chorizo in a skillet and drain grease.
- Meanwhile, bake tri-cut potatoes according to the package directions.
- Divide potatoes, chorizo and avocado between tortillas.
- Sprinkle with feta cheese and cilantro.
- Serve right away.
