Brown ground beef, drain any grease, add garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt and pepper. Stir well to combine.
In a small bowl, whisk together tzatziki ingredients.
In individual dishes or plates, layer fries, seasoned ground beef, tomato, cucumber, onion and olives. Drizzle with tzatziki sauce and top with feta cheese. Serve immediately.
