2 Tablespoons ITALIAN CHEESE BLEND SHREDDED CHEESE
2 Tablespoons MAYONNAISE
1 Tablespoon MELTED BUTTER
6 ROUND BUTTER CRACKERS, crushed
¼ cup ITALIAN CHEESE BLEND SHREDDED CHEESE
1 pkg. BRAT BUNS
Instructions
Grill brats over medium heat until cooked through.
Meanwhile, place jalapeno, cream cheese, 2 Tablespoons shredded cheese and mayo in a food processor. Pulse until smooth and creamy.
Stir together butter and cracker crumbs. Set aside.
Take cooked brats and cut a slit along the top. Fill with about a tablespoon of cream cheese mixture. Place in bun and put on a baking sheet. Repeat with remaining brats.
Add ¼ cup shredded cheese to cracker mixture. Sprinkle over brats. Broil until lightly golden.
Serve immediately.
