Easy Pumpkin Mocha Parfaits
- 4 oz. CREAM CHEESE
- ½ cup PUMPKIN PUREE
- ¼ cup GRANULATED SUGAR
- ⅛ teaspoon GROUND CINNAMON
- ½ cup HEAVY CREAM
- GREEK GOD's CHOCOLATE MOCHA YOGURT
- CHOPPED CHOCOLATE COOKIES
- Beat cream cheese until very smooth. Add pumpkin puree, sugar and ground cinnamon. Beat until well combined. Set aside.
- Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold into pumpkin mixture.
- In 8 oz. jars or dishes, layer yogurt, chopped cookies and pumpkin cheesecake mixture. Repeat layers. Garnish with a chunk of cookies.
- Refrigerate until serving.
