Beat cream cheese until very smooth. Add sugar and peppermint extract and beat well. Set aside.
Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold into peppermint mixture.
In 8 oz. jars or dishes, layer yogurt, peppermint baking chips and peppermint cheesecake mousse. Repeat layers. Garnish with additional peppermint baking chips.
Refrigerate until serving.
Notes
*You could also use crushed peppermint candies, chopped peppermint patties or peppermint chocolate sandwich cookies. The sky's the limit!
