Easy Cheesecake Chocolate Parfaits
- 4 oz. CREAM CHEESE
- ¼ cup SUGAR
- 1 teaspoon VANILLA EXTRACT
- GREEK GOD'S CHOCOLATE YOGURT, any flavor
- MINI CHOCOLATE CHIPS*
- Beat cream cheese until very smooth. Add sugar and vanilla extract. Beat again until well combined.
- Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold into cheesecake mixture.
- In 8 oz. jars or dishes, layer yogurt, mini chocolate chips and cheesecake mixture. Repeat layers. Garnish as desired.
- Refrigerate until serving.
*You could use almost anything you like in this one - fresh berries or your favorite candy or cookies.
